Liliana Osorio

Liliana is one of the founding members of the Atenea Network. She worked at the University of California for over 20 years, dedicating much of her time and energy to promoting culturally and linguistically appropriate healthcare for migrant communities in the United States. She fostered cross-border and organisational collaboration to ensure dignified support for migrants. Although now retired, Liliana continues to collaborate with the International Athena Network.

Marielena Ferrer-Harrington

Marielena Ferrer is a psychosocial recovery facilitator and a socially engaged visual artist. She serves as the Executive Director of Unison Arts & Learning Center in New Paltz and leads Humanamente, a consulting organization focused on diversity and inclusion. Ferrer chairs the steering committee of the Kingston Cultural Alliance, a community-driven initiative dedicated to fostering, preserving, and celebrating the cultures and traditions of Hispanic/Latinx heritage communities. Additionally, she holds board positions with: Family of Woodstock (Board Member) Arts Mid-Hudson (Advisory Board) Woodstock Center for Photography (Advisory Board)
