In recent years, she has specialised in teaching international students, delivering courses on Global Health and International Migration.\n\nSince 2017, she has been a Professor at Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, where she coordinates the Global Health for Leaders programme. She also works as a consultant for various organisations, including M\u00e9decins du Monde (MdM), UNHCR, and Partners in Health, among others.\n\nBetween 2020-2021, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Economic Research (IIEc), National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She completed her doctorate in International Migration and Social Integration at the Complutense University of Madrid, and holds a Master\u2019s in Health Sciences from Mexico\u2019s National Institute of Public Health.
